I help change-makers to boldly claim a new future and create the ripple effect they’ve always dreamed of.
I'm a change-maker at heart, and love working with other change-makers.
Coaching qualifications
I trained as a coach with Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), one of the largest and most respected coach-training organisations in the world. I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am also a trained Action Learning Facilitator, a group coaching methodology.
How I came to coaching
Over my career, I have been fortunate to work with some amazing people. I’ve helped young people to achieve their potential. I’ve supported social-sector leaders to make the impact they want, including over four years at the School for Social Entrepreneurs (the UK’s largest and longest-established learning provider for social entrepreneurs).
I have been a leader with purpose too: I’ve managed a social enterprise for budding food entrepreneurs, and co-founded a business supporting start-ups.
My own journey with coaching helped me discover that I’m most alive when I’m living true to my values - when I’m connected, growing and living with authenticity.
I grew up thinking I should never dream big. I have always been hard on myself. But through coaching and support along the way, people who believed in me helped me move forwards.
We all need support to grow. I became a coach myself when I realised the transformative effect of working on ourselves, to have the impact we truly want in life.
